Avery & Sloan curates its collection with the utmost care. Only the most beautiful fashion, bags, and the best materials for our jewelry are good enough. But let's be honest, tastes differ. If you are not satisfied with your new product, you can return it. In some cases, we also offer store credit so you can exchange your items for other favorites.
You can register your return within 30 days of purchasing your order. You then have another 7 days to actually return the product. When you return a package within the US, we will cover the return costs.
The item may be returned if it:
- is undamaged,
- is unused,
- is complete; with original packaging,
- falls within the period of 30 days after purchase,
- the defect is not outside the warranty period,
- the product was not on sale at the time of purchase.
